BOLT-TOGETHER ASSEMBLY
Posts, rails, bases, and fasteners bolt together on site with standard hand tools. No welding, no hot-work permits, no certified welders required — and no production shutdowns.

POST CONNECTION SYSTEM
Self-adjusting top rail and mid rail trunnions connect to each post through slotted, laser-cut mounting positions. Multi-axis pivoting lets the rail follow curves, corners, switchbacks, and odd-angle conditions without custom fabrication. Tighten to lock — the connection stays exactly where you set it.
HPD/LEED/ESG
FlowRail’s aluminum construction is fully recyclable and contains post-industrial recycled content, contributing to LEED v4.1 credits and other green building rating systems.
CODE COMPLIANT
FlowRail complies with OSHA 1910.29 (general industry walking-working surfaces) and OSHA 1926.502 (construction fall protection) for permanent guardrail systems.

EASY INSTALLATION & FIELD-FORGIVING DESIGN
FlowRail arrives as a prefabricated kit with all hardware included. Plumb the posts, drop the trunnions into the slotted connections, tighten, and move on. Basic hand tools, two-person crew, no on-site fabrication. When the as-built site doesn’t match the drawings, FlowRail adjusts on site to fit what’s actually there. Pivoting trunnions accommodate misalignment, uneven substrates, and unexpected grade changes without requiring rework or return trips.
SLOPE-ADJUSTABLE BASE — SLOPELOCK
The top-mount base is the adjustable, slope-handling foundation of FlowRail. It bolts to the top surface of a ramp, platform, walkway, or deck and continuously adjusts from 0° to 20° to keep posts plumb on any slope — no shims, no field cuts.
