INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR WALLS
DRY FLOOR
Lay the under wall strip in the dry floor.
FIX METAL STUD
Fix metal stud on the floor, wall and ceilings
SCREWING
Fix the vertical metal studs on the ceiling and bottom guides by screwing
BOARDS
Fix the gypsum boards on one side. Insert the Fybro panel
COVER
Cover the insulation layer by screwing the second gypsum boards on the metal studs
APPLY TAPE
Apply the plastic mesh tape in the gypsum boards jointing lines and grouting
ACOUSTIC INSULATION FOR CEILINGS
ATTACH METAL FRAME
Attach the metal frame along the upper perimeter of the room
DRILLING
Drill the ceiling e fix the acoustic bracket REDFIX C, with spacing based on the load and the type of floor
BRACKET
Fix the metal stud to the acoustic bracket
FRAME
Lean the panel to the metal frame
FIX PANEL
Fix the panel to the metal frame with gypsumboard's screws. Apply FYBRO panels
APPLY PLASTIC MESH TAPE
Apply the plastic mesh tape in the gypsum boards jointing lines and grouting
