883 is the anti-intrusion class 3 security door which can be totally customized according to the customer need and style. 883 meets the request coming from a market which continues its evolution and research for news.
It is available in standard or out of standard dimensions, and it can be used as a security door for internal or external installation. One leaf security door is now available for a max widht of 110 cm.
883 security door has been projected with the double bitted locking system, but it can be changed with more sophisticated locking systems. This model of security door can be realized also as a pull opening.

- 1. Subframe made with 20/10 thick galvanized steel with 12 anchors to wall.
- 2. Frame made with 20/10 thick galvanized steel, painted grey Ral 9006 and complete with plastic covers, gasket and footers. Standard colour brown Ral 8017.
- 3. AAdjustable hinges on 3 axes with hinge covers of the frame colour.
- 4. Doorleaf made of two galvanized steel sheets 16/10 thick. Gasket in the perimeter of the leaf.
- 5. Thermal insulation with high density polyurethane.
- 6. Wide-angle peephole.
- 7. Security locking system with master core + core with double bitted key with 5 user keys equipped with drill-proof manganese cover.
- 8. Opening limiter and inside service lock.
- 9. Lateral deadbolts.
- 10. Handle set in aluminium silver colour (inside handle + outside fixed knob. Upon request, outside turning konb or inside+outside handle). Standard version: 883 bronzed.
- 11. Weatherstrip bar or bottom rebate of the door threshold.
- 12. 5 fixed deadbolts on the hinge side.

LOCKING SYSTEM
EUROPEAN CYLINDER YALE
European locking system with a set of 5 user keys. (outside: cylinder, inside: service lock with little knob).
DOUBLE BITTED KEY
Locking system with double bitted key complete with core with master double bitten key and changeable core with 5 keys. Drill-proof manganese cover to protect internal mechanism of the locking system.
LOCKING SYSTEM WITH EUROPEAN CYLINDER 1+5
European cylinder locking system with 1 red master key + 5 black keys (1 master key for each cylinder) with card for key duplication. The lock is equipped with a service lock inside and it is protected inside by a hardened steel drill-proof plate. Outside, patented Rolly magnetic defender, drill-proof, dust-proof, with tear-proof base.
OMEGA PLUS LOCKING SYSTEM
Triple bitted 3 points locking system with 5 folding keys with a green insert + card; 1 folding key with yellow insert + card with a code to create another change key with red insert. The master key is included and upon request it is possible to have keyed alike configuration. Opening limiter and inside service lock is included. The triple bitted locking system has reversible function, with 4 bolts 18 mm diameter and 1 latch 20 mm diameter.
TOP SECURITY EUROPEAN CYLINDER EVVA 3KS
3KSplus is the most resistant mechanical locking system, due to its unique, patented, springless operating principle. Unlike conventional cylinders, in 3KSplus the locking elements move along the curves on the key and are not driven against a spring force.
The reversible key have a unique rounded tip and overlapping curve millings, that practically rules out key manipulation within the locking system. The additional coding also provides highest security. 3KS ensures picking and scanning protection,drilling and plug pulling protection. It's provided with 3 or 5 key plus a disposable cyclinder to change after installation.
HIGH SECURITY EUROPEAN CYLINDER EVVA ICS
ICS offers different locking technologies for high protection: the time-tested curve system, the durable length profi le and distinctive track system with internal recesses. It ensures anti-picking and scanning protection, drilling and plug pulling protection.
It is produced in modular design and can be adapted to the door requirements directly on-site. The high-quality nickel silver alloy make the key durable and resistant. The concealed, inner recesses make unauthorised duplication of keys practically impossible. It's provided with 3 or 5 key plus a disposable cyclinder to change after installation.
