INSTALLATION

The Italian herringbone laying of an SPC floor consists of aligning the planks so that they form a zig-zag pattern. Each plank is inclined at a 45-degree angle to the previous one, creating a visually dynamic and refined effect. This technique not only enhances the aesthetics of the floor, but also provides stability and strength. Installation is relatively easy thanks to the interlocking systems of the planks, making it suitable for both residential and commercial environments.

MAINTENANCE

Apply felt pads under furniture legs or under heavy objects. Protect the planks from direct heat sources such as stoves and fireplaces. Use a vacuum cleaner or damp mop to clean the floor. Use only Virag’s Evo cleaner. For maintenance: absolutely avoid the use of acetone and chlorinated solvents (e.g., trichloroethylene).

MATERIAL COMPOSITION

Evolution Spina Italiana is an SPC floor composed of 4 layers: a wear- and stain-resistant top protective film, a decorative film with a realistic wood effect that mimics the appearance of the natural material, an SPC core composed of a PVC and stone powder mixture that provides stability, rigidity, and waterproofing, and a sound-absorbing mat as the under layer that improves sound insulation and comfort underfoot. This composition makes SPC flooring durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for various environmental conditions.
