The Wagon is an ultra-light cart because of the textile container, perfect for outdoor use. It is also fully dismountable and fits into all car trunks. Logo's can be printed on this canvas
The wagon is rustproof, waterproof and rot proof. The acrylic canvas used for the container is also completely sun and waterproof and very
resistant.
The nylon wheels are mounted on dust proof bearings and are suspended by fibreglass shafts and 12 inch pneumatic tyres. It is fully dismountable and fits into all car trunks.

MAINTENANCE
TIRE PRESSURE
Proper functionality of the cart starts with checking the tire pressure. Use at least 500 grams of pressure for driving on sand or loose surfaces, and 1 kg for normal use.
WHEEL FIXING
The hand nuts that secure the wheels must press the spring washer against the wheel. Otherwise, friction will cause the wheel to loosen the hand nut. Always keep the thick black plastic ring behind the wheel, as it prevents the wheel from rubbing against the axle.
HANDLE POSITION
The handle should always remain upright when stationary. Ensure the elastic that lifts the handle is still functional. If needed, this elastic can be shortened or replaced.
PLANK PROTECTION
The corners of the planks are safeguarded by a plastic bumper with a recessed opening. Ensure there is no dirt, gravel, or debris trapped in the opening.
CLEANING
Periodically clean the planks with soap, water, and a soft brush, then let them dry. Afterward, you can remount your fabric, basket, or planks. Do not use a high-pressure washer.
STORAGE IN RAIN
If the cart is left outside in the rain for an extended period, it is better to store it vertically, with the rear wheels and back resting on the ground. This prevents water from pooling on the planks.
THE WAGON FAMILY
The Wagon is a multifunctional cart made of birch plywood (commonly used in yacht building). Multiple layers of varnish make it waterproof. Underneath, there are two aluminum bridges that support the polyester wheel axles, where 12-inch wheels rotate on 8 sealed roller bearings. All parts are available separately.
