POLYSYSTEM POLYPROPYLENE PIPES
POLYSYSTEM POLYPROPYLENE PIPES
Pp-r pipes and fittings for plumbing and heating installations from dn16 mm to dn125 mm polysystem is a complete polypropylene pipe and fitting system for the distribution of hot and cold water in plumbing and air conditioning systems, for the conveyance of drinking water and alimentary fluids, industrial plants and for the transport of compressed air and chemical substances.
The pipes and fittings that compose the polysystem range are manufactured using random copolymer polypropylene (ppr80 and pprct), a plastic material with a special molecular structure ensuring high mechanical resistance and duration, even at high temperatures and pressures.
INFORMATION
INSTALLATIONS
The properties and other features of the various components make the polysystem system a valid alternative to traditional material used in plumbing installations. The polysystem system obtained the most prestigious international quality certificates but to US quality stands for complete customer satisfaction. This is obtained exclusively through the supply of products having features that completely fulfil the application requirements.

DETAIL
Use of polysystem in substitution to metal installations for the distribution of hot water allows two distinct types of energy saving to be achieved by users. Polysystem can be used in a pseudo static situation (bathtub or shower and washing machine using hot water) or in a transitory situation (washing of hands or small objects).
CONDUCTIVITY
In the first case, the lower thermal loss of the material reduces passive heat loss by around 20% for a non-insulated pipe or, at the same loss rate, it reduces the insulating material thickness by around 15%.
