PACKAGING AND STORAGE
-Sanofer is packed in 1 kg pails. -The product must be stored in a dry place without being exposed to frost and heat. -Sanofer in the original packaging has a storage time of 18 months

FEATURES
- Corrosion protection : No corrosion (UNI EN 15183)
- Shear adhesion : ≥ 80% of the value of the exposed bar (UNI EN 15184)
DETAIL
-The product must be used within 20 minutes after mixing. -Do not apply the product at temperatures below +5°C. -Do not add water to extend the pot life.
PREPARING THE SURFACES
Sanofer is able to ensure protection, even when applied to rusty rods; any rust not adhering perfectly to the rod must be removed beforehand with thorough brushing.
PREPARING AND APPLYING THE MIXTURE
Sanofer is ready to use; mixing water must be added as follows:
-Pour the mixing water into the pot (0.25 l per bag equivalent to 25% in weight) -Slowly add SANOFER while the paint mixer is on at medium speed -Mix for approx. 2 minutes, until the mixture is completely smooth -Apply SANOFER with a medium bristle brush -Ideal protective thickness is 200-300 micron.
