600X400 SP 38MM
Flooring made with pressed concrete slabs, Pietra line model Piedra by FAVARO1. The shape is rectangular with a thickness of 3.7 cm with a width of 40 cm and a length of 60 cm.
The upper wear part of the slabs (approximately 1.5 cm) is made up, depending on the article, of marble, granite, porphyry and quartz granules of fine grain size, conglomerated with high-resistance cement.
The lower part of the building is made up of an agglomerate of selected sands and high-strength cement.
The slabs must be vibrated and subjected to a pressure exceeding 120 kg/cm² to have the technical characteristics required for outdoor floors. After maturing they will be treated with a protective product.
400X400 SP 38MM
Flooring made with pressed concrete slabs from the Pietra line, Piedra model by FAVARO1. Physical and mechanical characteristics according to the UNI EN 1339 standard:
nominal dimensions 400x400 mm, nominal thickness 38 mm, tolerance on nominal thickness ±3 mm, characteristic bending resistance ≥3.5 MPa, minimum bending tensile strength ≥ 4 kN, resistance to abrasion ≤ 26 mm, average resistance to freezing/thawing in the presence of salts ≤ 1.00 kg/m^2, satisfactory slip/slide resistance.
Anti-slip classification R13 according to DIN 51130, anti-slip classification C according to DIN 51097, compliant with the anti-slip requirements referred to in Ministerial Decree 14/06/1989 n.236 for external flooring.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY CHARACTERISTICS
Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, addition of titanium dioxide (only for white-based colours): this is a new class of materials produced with BIOTANIO®, the latest generation mixture studied in our laboratories and capable of reducing the compounds organic (dirt, pollution deposits and microorganisms) that can settle on the product.
BIOTANIO® makes the products self-cleaning and antibacterial. Content of recycled materials CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥6%, solar reflectance index SRI (for gray material or white-based colours) according to ASTM E1980 ≥29.
