MATTONE CONCRETE FLOORS PAVING BLOCKS
Draining floor
Aquadren are self-locking draining concrete with a square shape, characterized by the presence of spacers that will blend into the ground, Aquadren guarantees notable installation agility and solidity.
This draining flooring is particularly appreciated by both private individuals and professionals, because it allows every surface to be paved homogeneously, whilst maintaining some green areas unaltered. The draining capacity of AQUADREN allows rapid passage of water into the underlying soil.
Available in gray and red-black colours, this exceptional concrete drain adapts to the most varied environmental contexts due to its double installation, one intended for the regrowth of greenery, the other with the addition of gravel in the cracks, to recreate a characteristic flooring.
Aquadren is also available with the variant with spacers for loose-weave installation, called Aquadren Plus.

AQUADREN PLUS
Flooring made with vibro-compressed concrete blocks model AQUADREN PLUS by FAVARO1 in double layer, with wear layer having a minimum thickness of 4 mm and with increased spacer profiles.
Physical and mechanical characteristics according to UNI EN 1338: nominal dimensions 196x196 mm excluding spacers, nominal thickness 80 mm, tolerance on nominal thickness ±3 mm, characteristic indirect tensile strength for shear ≥3.6 MPa, minimum tensile strength for shear ≥ 250 N/mm, satisfactory surface slip/skid resistance.
Complies with the anti-slip requirements referred to in Ministerial Decree 06/14/1989 n.236 for external flooring. Environmental sustainability characteristics: absence of asbestos, content of recycled materials CAM EDILIZIA (Decree of 23-06-2022) ≥10.8%, solar reflectance index SRI (for gray material or white-based colours) according to ASTM E1980 ≥29, percentage of voids on the surface in place 14.68%, capable of disposing of 100% of the maximum project rainfall levels throughout the national territory, both new and long term.
Installed according to the methods indicated by the UNI 11241 standard, excluding the granulometric melt of the bedding sand and clogging, on a ballast prepared according to the type of traffic expected and the state of the natural soil on the basis of the indications of the "Catalogue for the sizing of pavements in urban areas" published by Assobeton, 2005:
the materials used for clogging the joints, the bedding layer and the ballast and their compaction conditions must in any case guarantee, in addition to the necessary load-bearing capacity, also permeability coefficients even in the long term such as to allow the regular filtration of surface water up to the collection level, or for total infiltration into the subsoil, based on the design rainfall.
