Their body is made of melamine and includes a predisposition for applying doors and decorative back-panels, according to the different needs. The internal compartments are designed to be equipped with shelves and other accessories. Possibility of integration with the Single glass and Partition walls.

- Technical compartment : This is a specifi c module that can be equipped to contain vertical cable management, electric utilities, and for the positioning of electrical switches or other control / regulation devices. 200 mm wide.
- Finishing terminal side : An adequate profi le completes and fi nishes the body. Made with an 18 mm thick melamine panel, it is fixed from the inside with a series of dedicated screws.
- Vertical side fillers : For side wall closures the system has a wooden side fi ller panel, with same fi nishing as front and back panel, with dim. maximum 300 mm.

STRUCTURE
DV605 is a storage wall partition system with max. height 3 meters. The structure is made with modules of melamine panels with sheets impregnated with melamine resins in solid aluminum and white colors (V04). Intermediate and lateral sides are equipped with a series of through holes at 32 mm centers for connecting base tops, hinged doors, movable metal or melamine shelves and back panels.
Perimetrically both on the front and on the back, there are beams in sheet metal, 0.8 mm thick, painted with epoxy powders with closing function. Two modules are available, one of 50 cm and one of 100 cm. Height adjustment is made by leveling feet from inside of the storage unit and the structure is designed to be double-sided in order to make front and back of the same composition equippable for reversing doors with back panels
COVERING
COVERING GLASS DOOR
Made with an anodized aluminum perimeter frame, dim. 20.9x19.3 mm, combined with a tempered 4 mm thick transparent glass panel. A gasket contains the glass in the profi le. They are only available in an intermediate position and are developed according to the modules provided. The hinges are in steel treated anticorrosion and with 110° opening. No soft closing.
MELAMINE WOODEN DOORS
Made with panels class 2^ fi re reaction, low formaldehyde emission (M1) with decorative papers and melamine resins, 18 mm thick. Alternatively, wood veneer panels are available, with urea glues and painted with anti-refl ection coatings with a low content of volatile substances, 19 mm thick (E1 / E2).
The doors are perimetrically edged with a 2 mm radius thick edge. The hinges are in steel treated anti-corrosion with soft closing and 110 ° opening. The lock is standard and equipped with extractable cylinder, while the handle is available in three types to match any eventual storage unit.
BACK PANEL
-Back panel made with melamine panels (M1) with decorative papers and melamine resins (M1), 18 mm thick, or wood veneer panels with urea glues and painted with anti-refl ection coatings with a low content of volatile substances, 19 mm thick (E1 / E2).
-The modules are completed with metal shelves, made of sheet metal pre-painted, 28 mm thick, predisposed for hanging folders 33 cm. Alternatively, melamine shelves in the same color as the shell, 25 mm thick, are available. -There are also draw-out frames for folders made of metal suitably shaped and painted with gray epoxy powders, sliding on guides with total extraction with a capacity of 25 kg each.
HINGED DOORS
GLASS DOOR
Consisting of a panel of tempered glass, 10 mm thick, equipped with equally distributed hinges, made in aluminum with a natural oxidized fi nish and connected to the doorjamb's upright by means of screws. The doorjamb is made of shaped sheet metal and painted with epoxy powders.
The doorjamb is fi xed to the structure by dedicated hardware. The lock is equipped with latch and cylinder with yale type keys fi ts by a pair of aluminum plates with natural oxidized fi nish. A pair of metal lever handles with anti-tearing shape and oxidized finish.
WOODEN DOOR
Composed of an internal frame in solid wood and externally covered by two panels of melamine or wood veneer on both sides with wood type of your choice. The door is perimetrically edged in abs and with a total thickness of 43 mm.
The fi xing to the doorjamb is done by means of a series of invisible hinges made of die-cast zamak and equipped with millimetric adjustment. The lock is equipped with latch and cylinder with yale type key. Optionally, the door is designed to house an acoustic hermetic seal at the bottom.
