WOODEN PANELS
Made with melamine panels coated with anti-refl ective melamine sheets and with low formaldehyde emission. Panels are 18 mm thick, with an abs edge to match the four sides. A series of metal hooks screwed to the panel allows attachment to the uprights. The panels are available in one piece at full height or according to the expected modules of 2200 - 2520 - 2680 mm with blind or glass upper elements fi xed to the structure with a snap mechanism

DV604 is a partition wall with galvanized sheet metal frame, consisting of telescopic uprights and crosspieces of the required width. A coating on both sides completes the wall. The side fi llers are provided with wooden panels or with glass panels framed with aluminum profi les painted with epoxy powders. The doors available are full-height hinged doors or with blind or glass upper element, single or double sliding doors. The corner connections are made of epoxy powder coated sheet steel. - Vertical side fi llers : For side wall closures the system has a wooden side fi ller module, with dim. maximum 3.00 meters, made of a metal frame and two wooden panels. - Terminal profile : An adequate profi le made of sheet metal painted with epoxy powders, dim. 96x20 mm, completes the dividing section in the foreseen cases, allowing to fi nish the section in a central point of the area.

METAL FRAME
The Metal Frame Is Made Up Of A Perimeter Rail Made Of Sheet Metal Painted With Epoxy Powders Of Aluminum Color And A Series Of Uprights Made Of Pressfolded Cold-galvanized Sheet Metal And Provided With Slots For The Support Of The Covering Elements.
At The Bottom There Is A Lower Casing With Screw For Height Adjustment. The Height Adjustment Gap Is 15 Mm. A Telescopic Tubular With Push System Consisting Of A Spring And Adjusting Screw Is Provided On The Upper Side. The Structure Is Completed By A Series Of Connecting Crosspieces, Suitably Dimensioned As Modules, Made Of Bent Sheet Metal And Connection Is Made Laterally By Screws. Position And Quantity Are Determined By The Type Of Module Requested. Externally On The Sides Close To The Side Panels, There Are Soft Seal Gaskets

GLASS DOOR
Consisting of a panel of tempered glass, 10 mm thick, equipped with equally distributed hinges, made in aluminum with a natural oxidized fi nish and connected to the doorjamb's upright by means of screws.
The doorjamb is made of shaped sheet metal and painted with epoxy powders. The doorjamb is fi xed to the structure by dedicated hardware. The lock is equipped with latch and cylinder with Yale type keys housed by a pair of aluminum plates with natural oxidized fi nish. A pair of metal lever handles with anti-tearing shape and oxidized finish.
WOODEN DOOR
Composed of an internal frame in solid wood and externally covered by two panels of melamine or wood veneer on both sides with wood type of your choice.
The door is perimetrically edged in abs and with a total thickness of 43 mm. The fi xing to the doorjamb is done by means of a series of invisible hinges made of die-cast zamak and equipped with millimetric adjustment. The lock is equipped with latch and cylinder with Yale type key. Optionally, the door is designed to house an acoustic hermetic seal at the bottom.
SLIDING DOOR
Sliding module is available both single and double, with glass or wooden panel. Composed of a 10 mm thick tempered glass panel, predisposed to be fi xed to a pair of steel supports to the sliding system made with a wall-mounted rail. Below a runner constrains the door.
The wooden door is made of an internal frame in solid wood and externally covered by two panels of melamine or wood veneer, predisposed to be fi xed to the sliding system. Both for the glass and wooden door, an adequate shock-absorbing system guides opening and closing of the door. As standard a metal handle with a satin stainless-steel fi nish is provided. Optionally there is a 1150 mm tubular handle with or without lock.
