Launched in 2020, ZEN-0 is an innovative electric lift that is unique in its sector and ideal for domestic and public environments, apartment blocks and offices.
Thanks to its patented ARE SMART-POWER system, ZEN-0 requires minimal resources to operate. In fact, the power used is only 300 Watts.
FEATURES
REDUCED INSTALLATION SPACE
The ZEN-0 can be installed even in spaces where it is impossible to fit a traditional lift.
NO MACHINE ROOM
The absence of a dedicated machine room allows the system to also be used in buildings with limited space.
GEARLESS MOTOR
The use of a gearless motor guarantees high efficiency, reduced dimensions and low maintenance costs (no lubricating oils are required).
SWITCH MODE
When the charge level of the batteries goes under a preset threshold, ZEN-0 automatically activates the SWITCH mode. In this mode ZEN-0 uses the grid to power the motor and it moves at a reduced speed to remain within the installed electricity meter’s parameters.

The energy generated by ZEN-0 during use (with the cabin empty going up and the cabin full going down), is not wasted as heat, but stored in batteries for use in subsequent runs. Self-powering guarantees a real reduction in consumption which means lower running costs.

ANTI-BLACKOUT SYSTEM
-Remaining trapped due to an unexpected power outage is a problem that nearly all new lifts have overcome. -But being able to continue using the lift as if the power were still on is a feature very few lifts offer. ARE has perfected this technology right from the beginning and includes it on all its lifts. -ZEN-0 is no exception. It ensures functionality and constant accessibility for everyone, even during prolonged power outages.

With ZEN-0, no space is required to house hydraulic control units and manoeuvring switchboards. The motor unit is located inside the lift well and the manoeuvring switchboard can be incorporated into a floor door.

ANTI-BLACKOUT SYATEM
Always working, always safe.
Batteries are the main power supply system used on our lifts. This allows our lift to continue to operate even in the event of a sudden power failure, so accessibility and safety are guaranteed at all times. With charged batteries and under optimal usage conditions, up to 60 runs can be made with the Mangusta and Miniwatt lifts and up to 40 runs with the ZEN-0 lift.
