By replacing gravel, EPS, and concrete with void space, Elevetor Max saves tons of backfilling materials, making construction projects more sustainable and more profitable.
BASE GRID
Elevetor Max consists of a base grid, height-adjustable PVC pipes (Ø125, Ø160, or Ø200), and a larger, 71 x 71 x 15 cm top formwork that can carry up to 5,000 kg/m2 loads.

INSTALLATION
PIPE INSTALL
Install the pipes in the appropriate brackets.
CHECK CORRECT INSTALL
Check the correct installation of each pipe
CHECK BASE BY FIXING THE SPACER
Check the correct positioning of the base by fixing the spacer between them. The elements must be blocked by using the appropriate pins (yellow arrow).
BASE INSTALLED
Proceed with the installation of the base and their spacers creating a homogeneous grid throughout the laying surface.
CLOSE SYSTEM
Close the system by installing the formworks, making sure they fit together properly.
BASE & SPACER
Cut the base tabs as shown in the drawing and position the first row by resting it on the perimeter wall or curb.
