CONNECTION
-Panel Plus Vertical is equipped with 4 integrated sockets G1/2" at the bottom end of the collector: 2 at the extremities and a central connection MM, axis distance 50 mm. -1 Chrome-plated air vent plug G1/2” and 3 chrome plated drain plugs G1/2” are included.
COMPOSITION
The oval radiation tubes (60 x10.4 x 1.5 mm) are positioned vertical and perpendicular on the horizontal collector (37 x 35 x 2 mm) at the backside, with a spacing of 3 mm and are provided with convection fins. All wall fixing hooks are welded to the radiator and are hooked in the 4 supplied wall brackets.
MATERIAL
Composed of steel radiation tubes and 2 collectors at the back side. The radiation tubes are attached to the collector by means of “resistance welding”. No weld seam is visible on the radiation tubes or collectors.

COATING
The radiators are sandblasted, degreased and phosphated. The coating is a scratch resistant epoxy-polyester powder, sprayed electrostatically and baked at a temperature of 200°C. UV-resistant due to ASTM G53. This high quality finish offers an optimal scratch resistance and is very easy to maintain. Thickness of the lacquer: min 80 μ.
HOW TO INSTALL
The building services engineer chooses the radiators considering following conditions :
-A heat output calculation according to the standard. -The heat output and the dimension tables of the panel plus vertical radiators according to en 442. -Panel plus vertical may be wall mounted with the standard / extended wall brackets supplied. -The radiator will be connected to a one pipe system / two pipe system
-The specially designed / thermostatic jaga deco valves / thermostatic jaga deco pro valves / thermostatic jaga danfoss pro valves / thermostatic jaga single point valves / jaga deco manual valves / can be connected to / synthetic tube / rpe/alu tube / precision metal tube / steel tube. -Jaga deco thermostatic heads chrome / jaga deco thermostatic heads chrome-white ral 9016 / jaga deco thermostatic heads in brushed stainless steel effect / jaga deco thermostatic heads in anodized aluminum effect / jaga danfoss thermostatic heads chrome-plated / jaga danfoss thermostatic heads in anodized aluminum effect / not / to be fitted.
