CLEANING
Nickel is a soft metal it is therefore extremely important these products should be cleaned with only warm soapy water followed by rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth. This finish is vulnerable to acid attack and some strong substances such as household cleaners, disinfectants, denture cleaners, hair dyes can cause damage to the surface.
It is inherent that overtime the Nickel finish will oxidise or dull in places but this is part of the overall design concept or style of the product as it is manufactured using traditional techniques. For customers who are concerned about the longevity or durability of the finish we are happy to exchange any product that has not been installed to the equivalent Belgravia item in chrome.
