QuickFloor® Curb and Step Repair is a moldable formula with no framework needed, simply add water! The damp tolerant, no grinding necessary repair sticks to overhead and vertical surfaces inside and out. Ideal for curbs, steps and pillars.
This unique formula allows repair of holes up to 6 inches deep and sets in just 20 minutes (6-8hr curing). Easy to mix in a plastic container and may be painted to match surroundings.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Remove all debris, unsound concrete and previous patching material from the area. Dampen area with clean water prior to application. Do not leave puddles or standing water. Surface temp must be above 50°F for proper adhesion.

DETAILS
Always slightly overfill the target repair area with QuickFloor® Curb and Step Repair. Force the material into the area with a trowel or by hand to secure a complete bond over the whole repair-area surface. After the initial set (15-20 minutes), shave the material to follow the shape of the surrounding surface. Always shave toward the common bonding lines between the repair mortar and the existing surface.

APPLICATION
1. Tear bag open by notches on sides. 2. Add 4 oz. of water per pound, never exceeding 4.5oz. 3. Squeeze pouch to remove excess air. 4. Zip pouch closed & knead bag for about 3 minutes until a lump-free consistency is achieved. It may be necessary to tear the side of the bag, lay flat and finish mixing product by kneading. 5. Apply product using trowel up to 1/2 thick to repair vertical, overhead or horizontal concrete. The product can be shaved after initial set.
