A low-viscosity, acrylic, satin, translucent glaze for painted or textured surfaces; ideal for application over QuartzSilco, Craquelatto, Sabbia and other PermaTone textures. Castello is water based, environmentally safe, vapor permeable, and durable.

WARRANTY
Castello is conditionally warranted for 10 years against delamination and color fading. This warranty does not apply to any party constituting a “consumer” for purposes of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
This texture is used in connection with Sabbia Antique Dragged. Work in sections small enough to avoid thematerial becoming too dry to spread and texture. Roll Castello onto the surface. Immediately dampen the cotton towel and use to evenly spread the material and to achieve the desired uniform thickness. Remove most of the Castello from smooth areas while leaving most of the material on rough areas. Rinse the towel often. Material may be diluted up to 15% with potable water only.

COVERAGE

STORAGE
Store Castello in its original container at temperatures not less than 40°F (4°C) or greater than 90°F (32°C). Store out of direct sunlight. Do not stack pails more than three high.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean and dry. When applying over PermaTone textures, consult the application instructions for such textures for drying and curing times. See surface preparation instructions for Castello in the PermaTone Application Guide for further information.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Antique texture: Work in sections small enough to avoid the material becoming too dry to spread and texture. Roll Castello onto the surface. Immediately dampen the cotton towel and use to evenly spread the material and to achieve the desired uniform thickness. Then dab the surface with the cotton towel to achieve the desired texture. Rinse the towel often.
APPROXIMATE COVERAGE
1350-1600 ft2 per 5 gallon bucket.
SHELF LIFE
Approximately six months if stored properly.
LIMITATIONS
-For use on interior and exterior wall surfaces only. -Patching limitations standard to applied coatings. -This product requires skilled application. -Surface air and substrate temperatures shall be 60°F to 85°F during application and for a period of 24 hoursthereafter. -Riflexi is not compatible with solvent base products or cleaners. -Use in well ventilated areas. -Protect all adjacent surfaces (door frames, windows, etc.) adequately. -Do not water downmaterial. -Do not apply over quicksetjoint compound. -Always wear appropriate eye andskin protection when using this product. -Harmful if swallowed. -Avoid constant moisture in the wall cavity behind the coating.
CHAMOIS AND CHAMOIS ROLL TEXTURES
Work in sections small enough to avoid the material becoming too dry to spread and texture. Roll Castello onto the surface. Proceed immediately to texture. If using a chamois, dab the surface to achieve the desired texture. If using a chamois roll, roll the entire surface to achieve the desired texture.
