INSTALLATION
Store, handle and install per Architectural Woodwork Standards (AWS) 2nd Edition (2014), Section 8: Wall/Ceiling Surfacing and Partions, available at www.awinet.org. Typical installation: paneling is mechanically fastened to a backing sheet (drywall or plywood) using nails or fasteners located in the tongue, concealed from exposed surfaces. Some pieces are to be square cut by installer at the time of installation for starting or ending rows. Paneling can also be securely glued with adhesive and/or face nailed where essentional.
