- Suitable to coat all types of walls -t guarantees long
- It inhibits the development of any form of condensation
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
MANUAL APPLICATION
Apply the layer of plaster, levelling it with a simple straight edge or adjusters to maintain the thicknesswithout crushing the product.
PREPARING THE MIXTURE
Pour 5 L of water into the concrete mixer or planetary mixer (equal to 25% by weight) and then slowly add CALIBRO P.E. INTONACO mixing for at least 5 minutes until you obtain a creamy mixture
SURFACE FINISH
The finishing is carried out once the curing process is complete, after at least 14 days, using X-LIME and PAINT AIR (see relevant technical data sheets) or paint that does not alter the breathability characteristics of CALIBRO P.E. significantly.
SPRAYED APPLICATION
It is possible to apply it with a plastering machine with a smoothing wand after mixing the productseparately. Therefore pour the plaster, which has been previously mixed in a concrete or planetary mixer, into the hopper of the plastering machine. Spray a layer of plaster, paying attention to optimise the amount of air used according to the flow ofmortar allowed by the plastering machine.
APPLICATION
Dampen the surface until it no longer absorbs any more. With highly absorbent substrates, keep the surface wet until bi mortar concrete seal is applied.Apply two coats of bi mortar concrete seal with brush, volteco large brush or metal spatula. The first coat must cover every irregularity evenly and fill the superficial pores. If the brush/large brush tends to drag the product, dampen the surface more. The second coat needs to be applied when the first is sufficiently hard, normally the day after butnevertheless no sooner than 8 hours.Dampen the surfaces and apply the second layer taking care to create uniformity of the waterproof layer.
2ND LAYER OF CALIBRO P.E. INTONACO
Apply calibro p.E. Intonaco, the day after applying calibro rinzaffo, with a minimum thickness of 2 cm. For thicknesses greater than 3 cm, apply in several layers at a distance of at least 24 hours from each other; it is recommended to roughen the surface of the base layer in order to optimise adhesion of the next layer. In the presence of walls, mixed or out of plumb by more than 3-4 cm and with non-consistent plaster thicknesses, create a first layer of regularising plaster in which it is recommended to use revomat mesh (see relevant technical data sheet) fixed to the masonry with connectors 20 (see relevanttechnical data sheet).
