Health Product Declarations (HPDs) provide a full disclosure of the potential chemicals of concern in products by comparing product ingredients to a set of priority “hazard” lists based on safe chemical lists from government agencies.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION (EPD )
An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) transparently reports objective, comparable and third-party verified data about products and services' environmental performances from a lifecycle perspective.
DECLARE (RED LIST FREE)
Declare is a nutrition label for building products that is designed to help specifiers quickly identify products that meet their project requirements, disclosing all intentionally-added ingredients and residuals present in the final product and ensuring they do not contain any Red List chemicals.
LOW VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOCS)
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) refer to chemicals that become volatile at typical indoor conditions. Low-VOC products help to maintain the quality of air indoors and reduce “off-gassing” of hazardous emissions.
