In addition to the models shown in the catalogue, Silvelox offers specific finishes according to customer drawing and doors designed to be subsequently coated by the customer.

Minimum outward protrusion of the leaf during and after opening, better weather protection when left open.
A non-protruding mechanism is also available on request. With this, the door entirely slides effortlessly into the garage interior. Situations where no protrusion is important include arched openings or locations where the garage faces directly onto a public space (streets or pavements).

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE SECUR MECHANISM
MOTORISATION READY
Each door, despite being ordered in the manual version, can be upgraded later through the addition of a Silvelox motorisation. At this stage, the door can be pre-arranged for connection to your security alarm system.
LEAF THICKNESS
The leaf is 80 mm thick and consists of modular multilayer sandwich panel units. The assembly system is patented and ensures firm fastening of the panels to a metal tubular frame.
METAL COMPONENTS
Security and strength are guaranteed by thick profiles made of galvanized steel or coated with heat-applied varnish, concealed under the external wood facing: a skillful balance of construction strength and formal lightness.
STANDARD INSULATION
Within the multilayer construction mentioned above is a honeycomb structure that provides great thermal and acoustic insulation.
MULTILAYER
The use of multilayer, marine-quality Okoume hardwood ensures great stability and high resistance even under the most challenging atmospheric conditions. The reliability of this technique is demonstrated by the fact that this same material is used extensively for nautical applications.
