Peri Maximo Frame Formwork
MAXIMO Frame formwork
MAXIMO FRAME FORMWORK
The MX anchoring system, developed by PERI, allows the connection tie-rod to be installed by operating from only one side of the formwork.
This significantly speeds up processing times. Therefore, in addition to requiring fewer workers, MAXIMO is much faster to use than common frame formwork.
The innovative anchoring system and the optimization of the number of anchors reduce costs by up to 50%. Thanks to the tie rods positioned in the center of the frame elements, the network of joints and tie rod holes is tidy and regular, both horizontally and vertically.

HEIGHT
Height of frame elements up to 3.30 m, width up to 2.40 m (standard)
FRAMEWORK
Versatile frame formwork, extremely cost-effective and compatible with TRIO frame formwork
PRESSURE
Allowable pressure of fresh concrete: 80 kN/m2
ROD
With the DW tie rod you can create thicker walls
MXK SHELF SYSTEM
Shelf system for modular service platforms for MAXIMO and TRIO, in widths of 0.90m / 1.20m / 2.40m. Bracket, walking surface and protective grating can be safely pre-assembled on the frame elements lying on the ground.
USE
No closing of unnecessary anchor points: normally, all holes for the passage of the tie rods of the frame elements are used
MXP SERVICE PLATFORMS
The service platform system for operating in maximum safety, compatible with MAXIMO and TRIO frame formwork.
MAXIMO 300 / MAXIMO 360
Height of the frame elements of 3.00 and 3.60 m respectively (with MX 18 anchoring system; not available for rental).
APPROACHES
The BFD vice approaches, aligns and tightens hermetically
SYSTEM
MAXIMO requires up to 40% fewer tie rods than traditional systems
COMPENSATIONS
No closing of unnecessary anchor points: normally, all holes for the passage of the tie rods of the frame elements are used
COATING
Easy cleaning of the frame thanks to their powder coating
FRAME ELEMENTS
The BFD vice allows compensations between the frame elements up to 10 cm
CORROSION PROTECTION
Improved corrosion protection due to the protection of the internal surfaces of the box profiles of the frame
THICKNESS
With the MX tie rod you can create walls with a thickness between 15 cm and 60 cm (wall thickness adjustable on the tie rod)
MXH HEATED PANELS
For colder climates, such as in the Scandinavian countries for example, PERI has developed the MAXIMO MXH heated formwork panels: By combining the MAXIMO frame elements with the heated panels, it is possible to cast concrete even in the presence of the most harsh temperatures. The formwork system can also be used in summer, making it cost-effective.
