Janson’s beam bridges (JSK-JBB) were developed for creating a relatively short free span of up to a maximum 21 metres.
The beam bridge is often used as a temporary or semi-permanent bridge for public transportation or construction work. This type of bridge has modular elements with standard lengths. The width can vary by combining multiple sections.
The beam bridge can be swiftly installed thanks to the efficient coupling system and the integrated crane hooks. Solutions are also possible with separate lanes, a bicycle path and the installation of a guardrail.
Spans greater than 21 metres can be realised by using intermediate supports. The Janson beam bridge is the ideal system for installing on an existing bridge when the capacity of the existing bridge is insufficient (or temporarily insufficient).
This bridge system can also be easily applied in places where traffic must be intervened temporarily. Janson can also deliver ramps from stock.
