ELEGANCE GARAGE DOOR

Is the new elegant and secure overhead door by De Nardi. The exterior is covered with 1.0 mm thick sheet metal panels vertically disposed; on request it comes insulated and internal completed with okoumè panels of 6 mm.

Painted with standard ral colours, with stove-enamelled polyester powder finish for maximum weatherpfoofing.

The frame has a larger cross section of 30 mm (sometimes reinforced) for housing the rubber seal. Elegance comes supplied complete with Yale lock with protection defender, set-up for motor-drive unit, anti-fall system against the accidental breaking and anchoring rag bolts. Is delivered ready assembled for easy fitting and packed with polyethylene sheets.

If the doors De Nardi are installed near the sea, we are able to offer a special anti-corrosive powders coating, which guarantees the maximum protection against the salt fog and various environmental corrosive agents.

Security and beauty. The levers are designed and positioned as the standard performance requires, they are coated to get along the overhead door.

POLYESTER POWDER-COATED PAINT FINISH

The good looks and durability of De Nardi steel doors are guaranteed by the stove-enamelled polyester powder paint finish. Painting is carried out in the up-to-date automated plant, with an efficient production cycle: phosphodegreasing in a tunnel - double rinse - oven drying at 130° C - polyester powder spraying in a robotised or manual booth (average thickness 40 micron) drying in oven at 200° C.

LIMITATION OF THE FORCES

An electronic system adjusts the engine power maintaining the impact forces within the security parameters.

ENERGY CERTIFICATION

Ministry of economic development, with decree of 26 January 2010 - art. 1, clause 1, letter c), it establish that the “extendable and assimilated closures, that delimit the building to outside or to unheated rooms”, can take advantage of the tax deduction, now stands at 65%, if they respect certain thermal transmittance values. Overhead and sectional doors belong to the category “extendable and assimilated closures”, with the necessary condintion that they separate heated rooms (garage or other) from the outside or from other unheated local.

SAFETY ACCORDING TO CE MARKING

The De Nardi overhead doors are CE certified and are equipped with the following safety systems:
-Anti-fall system with double certified cable : Breaks cable? The second intervenes, breaks the second cable? The door is locked in the position in which it is, thanks to the parachute of the series. Since 1998 it has never occurred the break of both certified cables.
-Limitation of forces : An electronic system adjusts the engine power, maintaining the impact forces within the parameters of safety.
-Mechanical safety rib : Provides continuos self-test excluding any possibility of uncontrolled failure.
-Protection of lever arms : safety and beauty. The levers are designed and positioned as the law requires, are coated to balance into the overhead door.

-Durability and manoeuvrability : Tested with 20.000 cycles of opening and closing, they didn’t have to undergo interventions of extraordinary maintenance and/or replacement of components.

In all ELEGANCE overhead doors a special gasket is installed, inserted into the housing of the frame, which guarantees a good resistance to air infiltration.
