GAP CONCRETE WALL PANELS
Living Concrete has created an exciting series of GRC Gap concrete wall panels. These panels incorporate a unique corner-fixing system which lets them become easily installed to existing walls. A selection of specially designed concrete or steel caps are used to cover fixing holes.
Our concrete is manufactured using our bespoke process which allows us to make exceptionally thin panels which have a lot of strength, fantastic UV stability and a superior mechanical resistance.
Our panels are suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and come in a range of different sizes. They create an exciting contemporary feel whether used as decorative feature wall panels, external facade cladding or rain screen. They are also readily available in diverse colours to best suit your project.

The GRC Ultra High Performance Concrete panels stand out because of their versatility, durability and high hardness, making them suitable for all types of applications.
APPLICATIONS

COLOUR VARIATIONS
Because of its cementitious composition the colour of GRC panels may have different textures and tones within the same panel and / or in comparison to other panels in the same batch. Our colour selection chart is for reference use only and the colours are as close as possible to the original colours.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Clean with neutral Detergent
- Use wax maintainers or self-polishing cleaners
STORAGE
- Keep in a dry, clean space in the original packaging
- Panels should be kept in a horizontal way

VERIFICATION OF THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE
Please check and ensure that you are happy with the delivered product and there are no apparent visible defects. If any issues are detected do not start the installation and contact supplier immediately. No claims will be accepted after tiles have been installed.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
-Clean with fresh water and a neutral pH detergent -Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or any other chemicals that are reactive to concrete or sealant -To clean specific stains do not use abrasive materials -Do not leave standing water on the surface -Do not leave stains to dry, as they may permanently stain the surface -For outdoor apply sealant periodically depending on usage -Sweep or vacuum the surface regularly to remove all dirt and dust

CONCRETE & METAL PLUGS
The C-PLUG is made from hand-cast GRC concrete. It can be used with concrete panels and frame modules for covering fixing holes. The brushed steel M-PLUG has a polished metal finish which looks fantastic paired with concrete panels both indoors and outdoors. They are designed to last many years and can be combined with concrete panels or frame modules to create individual finishes.
