NEOCONCRETE
NeoConcrete is a 4mm thick coating for walls, floors and exteriors. It resembles a granite or terrazzo finish. We recommend it is used in high-traffic hospitality venues, showrooms, offices, retail or museum and gallery spaces.
Made from a mixture of decorative aggregate, resin and cement, it is a highly flexible and versatile material and suitable for use with under-floor heating. Some of the most common uses for this product are flooring and polished finishes.

NEOCONRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION
– Quartz + Resifan + MicroConcrete Powder + Liquid Concentrate + PUK12 Sealer + Wax
SUPPORT
– It should be secure and free of moisture
– There can be no rising or negative humidity
– There should not be any cracks
– They can be ceramic, porcelain or concrete
– Do not apply over Resifan System + mesh
SHELF LIFE
6 months in closed container
STORAGE
– Store in a dry, cool place in original closed container
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
-Dust and dirt must be removed with a vacuum cleaner. -Occasionally a more thorough cleaning will be needed: the surface should be cleaned with a damp cloth and a conventional detergent. -No dripping rags or mops should be used. -Shoe tracks should be removed using a dry cloth. § It is recommended to wax periodically to prevent premature wear. -To facilitate maintenance it is recommended to seal the Self-Levelling Resifan with Resifan PU Sealer
