RESIFAN RESIN FLOORS
Resifan is a self-levelling coloured resin measuring 2-3mm thick. It is good for any environment that needs a smooth finish and low maintenance material.
The primary method of application allows for continuous flooring, and it is naturally resistant to wear and tear. It is a resin suitable for both commercial and domestic areas.
We’ve installed it in gyms, schools and hospitals, as well as shop floors. It can be easily applied over existing finishes and it is suitable for under-floor heating. The finished product has an appearance similar to that of a polished vinyl floor.
Resifan doesn’t need gaskets and can be applied to various hard surfaces. This can help to minimise disruption during installation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
-Dust and dirt must be removed with a vacuum cleaner. -Occasionally a more thorough cleaning will be needed: the surface should be cleaned with a damp cloth and a conventional detergent. -No dripping rags or mops should be used. -Shoe tracks should be removed using a dry cloth. § It is recommended to wax periodically to prevent premature wear. -To facilitate maintenance it is recommended to seal the Self-Levelling Resifan with Resifan PU Sealer

- The polyurethane floors are ideal for industrial spaces, shopping centres, hospitals and the food industry due to a natural chemical resistance and high scratch resistance
- Suitable for light to medium traffic areas and decorative floors
- Resifan polyurethane paint can be used in garage areas or parking lots
-Suitable for laboratories, clinics, or doctor’s offices (ideal for anti-bacterial and hygienic floors)
- Resifan Epoxy and polyurethane paint can be used with any work surface internally and externally

COLORS
This selection of colours is for reference use only and are as similar as possible to the real colours. Because we work with only natural materials such as cement, sand and water, these may undergo changes in colour and tone.
