OLIMPIA SAFE FENCES

Olimpia is an electro-welded grating modular fence model designed for sports facilities.

Olimpia Safe is a variant of the Olimpia model which guarantees greater protection thanks to the special side band. It is mainly used to fence off sports facilities as the side band – connected via wire welding – ensures a high resistance and long-lasting quality.

It consists of 124 x 50 / 100 mm mesh, a 25×3 mm electro-welded grating bearing bar, comprising horizontal bearing bars with a rectangular cross-section and connecting round cross-beam bars.

ACCESSORIES

Posts : The posts for the Olimpia Safe fence model are made from an IPE 100 profile and boast an inclined 45° topping. They are available in a screw-in or screw-on version.

SPECIFICATIONS

The Baldassar Olimpia Safe fence model consists of electro-welded grating panels in S235JR (UNI EN 10025) steel, comprising: a 124 x 50 mm mesh lower panel, horizontal bearing bars with a 25 x 3 mm cross-section, vertical cross wire with a 5 mm diameter and a steel side banding bar with a 25 x 3 mm cross-section, which is hand wire-welded, complete with an upper panel connection system. 124 x 100 mm upper panel and mesh topping, horizontal bearing bars with a 25 x 3 mm cross-section and vertical cross wire with a 5 mm diameter. A steel side banding bar with a 25 x 3 mm cross-section has been hand wire-welded to increase the product’s resistance. The model boasts a stiffening tube which is welded directly to the top of the panel and an upper and lower panel connection system. The panel connection system comprises posts made of IPE 100 profiles with an inclined 45° topping and M10 round head bolts with a shear lock nut. All the elements are hot dip-galvanised in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.
