THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CE MARKING
The Baldablock line of gates is CE marked and complies with the safety requirements defined by the specific European regulation. This regulation defines the procedures for evaluating industrial products for safety purposes and provides for a CE mark to be affixed which attests to their compliance with the essential requirements. CE stands for “Conformité Européen” (French for European Conformity) and the CE symbol indicates that the products comply with the essential directive and regulation requirements regarding safety, public health, consumer protection, etc. Each gate is supplied with the relative use and maintenance manual, provided for by the CE legislation.

ITEM SPECIFICATIONS
- The CE-marked BALDABLOCK gate model comes complete and ready for installation. The product boasts the following characteristics: Material: excluding the accessories and fixing elements (which are normally made of stainless steel), the material used is S235JR steel (UNI EN 10025:2005), hot dip-galvanised in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard and COATED with thermosetting powders in a colour from the RAL range. STRUCTURE: it consists of ultra-resistant and durable square or rectangular tubes in the sizes and thicknesses suitable for the required dimensions. PANEL: comprised of the same elements as the relative fence, if any. It can be made of electro-welded grating, perforated sheet metal, tube profiles or other (among the available panels). SUPPORTS: the support can be made with suitable tube columns or with wall supports; either way, they will always be in steel and boast the mentioned characteristics. LOCKING SYSTEM: can be manual or electric. ACCESSORIES AND FIXING ELEMENTS: the unified steel bolts and pins are stainless steel as standard.
- N.B. The product can be pre-prepared for motorisation or motorised. The automation-related CE certification must be provided by the installer. Once the motorisation has been installed, the certification will be provided by the installer.
