Motala is a classic tree guard that encases the tree in a protective metal cage. Taller than many other tree guards, Motala offers excellent protection for bigger trees too.
The tree guard is widest at the bottom, where it is reinforced with more steel ribs.
The design provides an attractive complement to historic centres and too contemporary streetscapes too.

ASSEMBLY AND PLACEMENT
Some assembly required. The guard may be attached to a tree grille at the base or ground-mounted using the fixtures supplied.

INDIVIDUAL DIMENSIONS
The steel strips measure 30 mm × 6 mm and 30 mm × 8 mm respectively.
MATERIALS AND SURFACE TREATMENTS
Made from strips of flat steel. TecTalis® corrosion protection and polyester powder coating in black RAL 9005 stainless steel galvanized or hot galvanized and polyester powder in black RAL 9005.
VARIANTS
Available with a choice of three attachment specifications and a choice of three surface coatings.

MAINTENANCE
The version made with the lacquered finish should be handled with care.
Scratches to the powder-coated steel finish can be repainted with alkyd oil enamel as needed. The hot-dip galvanised steel version can be repainted with cold galvanise solution if required.
DESIGNER - OLLE ANDERSON
Olle Anderson started his career as civil engineer and started his career at White Architecture where he is partner today. Anderson has throughout the years worked with interior architecture and furniture design and in 1975 he founded the interior design departement at White. Throughout his career Anderson has received praise and acknowledgement for his work as a professor, honorary doctor and designer across the world, and won the award “Excellent Swedish design” a total of 19 times.
