Evolution of the Koan model, the configurable system consisting of fixed and sliding panels KOAN PLUS combines the warmth of wood with the brightness of glass and aluminum.
The result is pure geometry on the one hand, and perfect cohesion between technology and oriental-inspired tradition on the other.
Designed by Kokaistudios for Lualdi, Koan Plus is also a synergy between sartorial processing of materials and product engineering, and is an ideal solution for large-scale contract projects.
Reinterpreting the concept of Chinese mobile partitions in a contemporary way, it represents the first of a long series of evolutions inspired by the traditional decorations of the culture of the Asian country.
Particularly noteworthy is the Koan Plus production process, which sees every single product engineered and put into production on a project basis. It is therefore not a “series” product, but rather the epitome of customization.

Design and essentiality for the Koan Plus partition system
The Lualdi range of handles is designed to integrate with the Koan Plus panel system thanks to its essential design, which works in synergy with the exclusive aesthetics of the system, creating a fluid and essential visual impact.
SWING GLASS OR WOOD DOOR SYSTEM WITH ALUMINUM FRAME
1. Rail with shock absorber system and trolley with height adjustment mechanism;
2. sliding system with aluminum frame 50 mm thick, tempered glass 6 mm thick and slats. The system is available with fix and sliding panels;
3. Handle Included.
KOAN PLUS MOBILE OR FIXED PARTITION SYSTEM - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The Koan Plus partition system is fitted with a 50 mm thick door, configurable in different systems of sliding and fixed panels, available with 6 mm thick safety glass, aluminum profile and wooden slats. The track includes a decelerating system and trolleys with height adjustment mechanism. The handle is included.
Available with natural oak, mocha oak and canaletto walnut slats and with extra-clear, gray, or bronze glass, Koan Plus presents a combination of vertical and horizontal slats that underline the precious value of the glass panel, transforming this partition system into a real object of furniture.
