Ribbon-Design is our acoustic panels made of materials similar to various metal, stone and cement varieties.
They are designed for rooms where you want a stripped-down feel, without the disturbance of echoes that otherwise occur when sound bounces between hard surfaces. With Ribbon-Design, you get the best of both worlds! Ribbon walls are easy to assemble and installation is easy.
Ribbon-Design is an acoustic panel consisting of ribs with high-pressure laminate pressed on an MDF that sits on an acoustic blanket, Recosilent. A large selection of high-pressure laminate from our own production, as well as several options among different surfaces, together with black and light gray Recosilent, means that the options are many for you to find a rib panel that suits you.

DESIGN
Ribbon-Design is part of the product portfolio Wallsystems by Glimakra of Sweden. We are a Swedish company with value-driving factors such as Scandinavian acoustic design, greater flexibility and higher quality. Based on these, we create favorable sound landscapes for different types of environments.
With broad knowledge and long experience, we develop and manufacture products in our own factories in Glimåkra and Tranås. We are the largest in Sweden for wood veneer / high-pressure laminate and through an ongoing collaboration with several prominent designers, we are always at the forefront when it comes to acoustic design.
SUSTAINABILITY
Ribbon-Design only uses high-pressure laminate according to the European standard EN438. The product meets Möbelfakta’s requirements for the environment and responsible supply chains.
