Linvisibile Infinito Pocket door is the innovative system that allows to apply diverse decorative finishes over the panel surfaces, thanks to an aluminium outer frame system which hosts the preselected coating, the variety of finishes that can be applied to the Infinito pocket door extends to any material with a maximum thickness of 3 mm and an overall weight below 70 kg.
Furthermore, the versatility of this product also offers the opportunity to apply different finishes on both sides of the leaf and to personalise the colour of the outer frame in matt lacquer, compatible with the coatings selected or anodised in different colours.

PECULIAR TECHNICAL DETAILS
The aluminum walls forming the panel housing pocket are as sturdy as the walls themselves. The structure is so solid that not even the slightest bending is formed, thereby there is no risk of crack in the plaster and /or pre-selected finish.

HANDLES
Possibility to realise different types of handles with milling

The visible leaf surfaces are absolutely free of millings (except for any work done to fit handles).
FITTING
It is provide of a pulling eyelet flush-fitting handle lacquered white RAL 9016 or matt chrome.
STRUCTURE
A template used as a strengthening spacer to keep the entire structure perfectly true and square during assembly.

– An extruded aluminium frame (EN AW 6060 alloy – Anticorodal 063), for finished walls of 105 mm, 125 mm o 150 mm of thickness, which makes aluminum perfectly paintable, guaranteeing perfect anchorage to walls and plasterboard.

A PANEL, 50 MM THICK, CONSISTING OF
-Internal structure consisting of honeycomb panels. -Perimeter frame in extruded oxidized natural aluminium applied along the perimeter to the panel with a fixing system with square angles. -Liners of the pre-selected coating material, 3 mm (laminate, fiberglass, methacrylate) or 4 mm thick (glass / mirror), applicable over the panel sides, available in the following finishes: laminate, Alcantara®, glass, mirror, microcement and goes porcelain. -The panel is prepared to fit 2 invisible flush fitting handles (hole diameter 48 mm except for gres porcelain and glass finishes) and drag eye (hole diameter 25 mm). Handles not supplied. -High performance removable sliding guide, for openings and closures softly braked and totally silent, complete with carriage equipped with dampening system;
FINISHES
GLASS
Elegant and bright with a matt or glossy effect. The rear-lacquered glasses are not clear, but allow obtaining different reflections and colors. It is characterized by the overlapping of two slabs within which a lacquered layer that can be ordered in any available RAL colours is sandwiched. It is particularly suitable for partitioning spaces requiring more privacy.

LEATHER

A material synonymous with Made-in-Italy excellence in a product that guarantees maximum customisation and meticulous attention to every detail.
ANODISATION
The anodized aluminum frame is available in four standard fine-grained brushed colors, with a choice of warm and cool shades. Other coarse brushed or matt polished colors are available upon request. This treatment, by which the metal surface is coated with a protective oxide layer, protects the frame from corrosion, also giving it unique aesthetic properties.
LAMINATE
A new generation of smart materials for the typical vertical and horizontal applications found in interior design. The laminates we have chosen for our products have unique features.
Thanks to the innovative processing they undergo, they are moulded with fingerprint-proof surfaces, soft to the touch, matt and extremely resistant, so as to withstand bumps and scratches, as well as any possible damage from solvents and reagents typically used in household cleaning products. For the laminated finish, we relied on the collections by three cutting-edge brands, such as Fenix®, Homapal® and Formica®, which offer maximum quality and a wide range of colours.
SPECIAL GLASS
The glass panels take on new features when undergoing satin finishing and chemical etching. The glass is available in a wide range of shades and can be further enhanced with the application of mesh and texture engravings that permit obtaining customized materials and products. A decorative solution that enhances with unique textures, reflections and colours.
MICROCEMENT
The panel with MDF base is prepared in a lowered position to accommodate the application of micro-cements (not supplied) of up to 8/10 mm thick, so as to allow precise shaving bordered by the outer frame. This makes it possible to compensate for any curving effects due to the dynamics inherent to the material. Two types of micro-cements can be applied: “thick” (with laminate linings of 9 mm) or “thin” (with MDF linings of 2.3 mm). Maximum applicable weight 40 kg.
MIRROR
Mirrors are obtained from a glass manufacturing process which yields the traditional reflective characteristic. Mirrors are valuable elements that dded to interiors give the optical illusion of larger and more radiant spaces.
