This easy-to-use elastomeric spray forms a tight, seamless barrier around windows and doors and is available in four distinct varieties ideal for any situation: the original LiquidArmor™ CM, LiquidArmor™ LT, LiquidArmor™ QS and LiquidArmor™ RS.
LiquidArmor™ RS dries to form a tight, seamless barrier around the window. It self-seals around nails, forming a tight, seamless barrier against water and air leakage. If an airless paint sprayer is not available, the coating can be brushed or rolled, etc. The sprayable formulation is also engineered to penetrate and seal hard-to-reach gaps
LiquidArmor™ RS offers exceptional adhesion to oriented strand board (OSB), plywood, extruded polystyrene (XPS), housewrap, Great Stuff Pro™ Window & Door Polyurethane Foam Sealant,* and acrylic caulk, among other substrates.
Once cured, it is extremely durable, withstanding jobsite conditions and weathering when applied around the rough opening of a window or over the top of the nail flange of windows.

Allow 10 to 20 minutes for Great Stuff Pro™ Window & Door Polyurethane Foam Sealant or acrylic caulk to skin over, then spray LiquidArmor™ RS Flashing and Sealant (50 ±5 wet mils) inside the rough opening of the window and onto the face of the sheathing by 6.”

LiquidArmor™ RS Flashing and Sealant is a sprayable, waterborne coating to be used around the rough openings of windows and doors and over window flanges on residential homes. LiquidArmor™ RS delivers better performance, higher reliability, easier application and lower installation cost than incumbent products (i.e., butyl flashing tapes or plastic sill pans).
