Effisus Bolt Protect is an innovative solution for sealing and repairing bolt holes in metal roofs, preventing leaks permanently. The high elasticity of the membrane allows it to absorb structural movements of the metal panel without any difficulty. It features a rubber capsule that ensures a perfect fit onto the bolt and the excellent elongation of the membrane adapts completely to the surrounding area.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

SURFACE PREPARATION
-Apply the EPDM primer to the entire area where the Effisus Bolt Protect is to be performed. -Once the primer is dry, install the Effisus Bolt Protect by positioning the rubber capsule with the screw. -The surface should be clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, debris, oils, un-adhered coatings and other
contaminants that may result in a surface that is not sound or is uneven. Clean the surface with the Effisus Cleaner or similar.

INSTALLATION
STEP - 1
-Make sure that all surfaces are properly clean and dry -Any free material should be removed -Any loose bolts should be tightened -Bonding operations cannot be carried out over iced surfaces
STEP - 2
-Apply the Effisus Futur Primer to the bolt area -Allow the primer to dry
STEP - 3
-Remove the protected foil from the central part -Position the Effisus Bolt Protect over the screw, aligning it with the capsule
STEP - 4
-Form the Effisus Bolt Protect by hand -Press down with a silicone roller
