TC224 THERMAL SECTIONAL DOORS
The Raynor TC224 two-sided steel sandwich thermal sectional door offers all of the same features and benefits as the TC200 with a thicker 24-gauge exterior skin.
Available in white and brown, this 2″ thick thermal door provides a 10.25 R-value and polystyrene insulation. The TC224 is a tougher thermal door perfect for loading dock and warehouse applications.
FEATURES
WEATHERLOCK™
Arctic grade bottom weatherseal keeps out the elements. High quality jamb and header seals provide a tight perimeter.
WINDOWS
TC224 windows use 1/8” DSB, insulated glass and are available in several options: 24”x8”, 24”x12”, 34”x16” colonial, ranch, full view colonial style aluminum section, and full view ranch style aluminum section.
SECTION JOINTS
Vinyl thermal break between interior and exterior skins, along with a section joint seal prevents weather infiltration.
HARDWARE
TC224 doors have heavy-duty, hot-dipped galvanized steel sections with an
epoxy primer and baked-on polyester finish to resist rust and impact. A QuikClip™ pre-assembled track option is also available.
FLEXDOCK™
Impact absorbent FlexPanel options are available in the bottom or bottom two sections for high-impact traffic areas.
COMMERCIAL DOOR OPERATORS
Available in multiple horsepower and phases, the TC Series doors are driven by durable Raynor ControlHoist operators.
