The heroal DF fitting technology for commercial and front door systems guarantees the highest level of flexibility and follows the universal design approach, which can be individually tailored to the requirements of the user at any time and furthermore is distinguished by intuitive handling and user-friendliness.
Versatile combinations of mechanical and electronic building components and consistent lock dimensions are an important factor. The heroal door fittings are compatible with the latest technologies such as keyless entry and Bluetooth, which also increase ease of use. Proven fitting units for emergency exits and escape routes according to DIN EN 179 or DIN EN 1125 are part of the standard.
By integrating various functions, warehousing requirements for the lock components can be reduced to a quarter, with up to four times as much scope for use on doors. Self-locking and multi-point locking panic fitting variants with panic bar handles or push-bar-operable opening variants complete the programme.

SETS OF FITTINGS: A SYSTEM WITH MANY ADVANTAGES
The heroal DF – Sets of fittings include the strip side and lock side and are tuned according to the heroal house door systems. Our documentation and the ability to select the sets in all known calculation programs will help you choose the right fitting configuration. The detailed installation diagrams with uniform processing dimensions enable economical production as well as easy assembly.
All sets are packed on the strip side with three white two-piece surface-mounted hinges, including fastening material. Heroal DF sets of fittings are available for interior flush fitting and flanging frame combinations / leaf combinations. For interior flush frame / leaf combinations there are two system rows, with 35 mm backset and 45 mm backset. A row of systems with a 45 mm backset is available for internal frame / leaf combinations.

AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENERS
LOCK TYPE 2
The optional mounting of an A-opener allows the latches to be withdrawn by the multi-latches type 2. This is done, for example, via a door intercom system or via access control systems. The motor of the A-opener Servo starts with a minimum key rotation or a slight tapping of the handle. With the A-opener Servo, requirements for DIN EN 18040 are also fulfilled, where the operating forces are limited to 2.5 Nm according to DIN EN 12217.
LOCK TYPE 4
When the door is closed, two stable latches are automatically activated and the door is locked several times. It is opened from the outside via the cylinder key and from the inside by actuating the pusher. In addition, a remote opening via the house intercom and access control systems is possible. The main deadbolt can also be excluded with a key rotation. This blocks the trigger for control purposes or as a child safety device. At the same time, all motor opening options are disabled.

BURGLAR RESISTANCE
All mechanical heroal multiple latches and heroal DF fitting sets are suitable for burglar-resistant doors of the RC 2 resistance class.
The hinge can be upgraded and/or retrofitted via the RC 2-set 13450 00 00 to RC 2. The set includes two of the popular adjustable hinge safety mechanisms heroal Item no.: 8512 00 00. The positioning is carried out according to valid test certificates / expert opinions.
LOCK TYPES
MASSIVE DEADBOLT (TYPE 1)
The massive deadbolts of multi- locking type 1 are secured against back-pressing and sawing. The lock geometry allows the use of the same frame locking parts as for type 2.

AUTOMATIC MORTISE BOLT (TYPE 2)
The automatic mortise bolt pull out 20 mm after the door has been pulled in and are secured against being pushed back so that the door is completely locked. The door can be opened at any time via the pusher from inside and via the key rotation from outside.

SWIVEL HOOKS (TYPE 3)
The swivel hooks are effective in counteracting the door in any direction. The tapered swivel hooks made of high- quality steel alloy engage deep into the locking parts and guarantee optimum door access. The swivel hooks are secured against pushing back.

MORTISE BOLT (TYPE 4)
These mortise bolts automatically shut off when the door is closed and are secured against pushing back. They are triggered without contact by high- performance magnets. The special sliding surface on the mortise bolt ensures a quiet and smooth closing.

BOLT LOCK (TYPE 8)
Due to the special geometry of the steel bolts, they penetrate deeply into the closing parts and thus ensure an increased suitability of the door. The bolt latches are secured against pushing back.

SWIVEL HOOKS WITH DUO BOLT (TYPE 11)
This lock combination combines the advantages of type 3 & 8 and is considered to be the safest and most powerful locking type. It not only effectively prevents the door from being levered, but also combines high operating comfort with optimal door access. Bolts and swivel latches are secured against being pushed back.
