TITANO SYSTEM PARTITION
Titano System is the exclusive flanked multi-leaves vertical pivoting system (360°) totally flush with the wall, for the division of large rooms, ensuring the passage between them but without resorting to the use of walls.
The leaves are installed in line and can be realized from floor to ceiling, rotating on a central pivot that allows a 360° movement, with the possibility of stopping every 90°.
The modularity of the system leaves great design freedom, both for the number of doors and for the finishes applicable to them. The minimum composition of this system is 3 leaves. From this base the customer can choose the number of additional leaves, depending on the space they wish to divide.

FINISHES
The applicable finishes are: base coat, veneered and natural wood, laminate, lacquer, natural stone, metal, leather, Alcantara®, and coatings such as marble, granite in the Heavy Coatings version. The chosen finish has an impact on the dimensions of the leaves.

UPPER BEAM
Upper Beam in extruded aluminium, EN AW 6060 alloy (Anticorodal 063), which guarantees perfect anchoring of the aluminium to the ceiling (masonry and plasterboard). Prepared for the panel’s 360° rotation opening movements. Supplied in parts to facilitate transportation, to be assembled via joints, before ceiling installation. Paintable with good quality water-based paints, enamels, etc.
PANELS AND TEMPLATE
Hollow-core panels (honeycomb) of 50 mm or 102 mm thick depending on the type, made with perimetric hardwood and polished MDF sides, without rebate to allow the complete rotation of the leaf. Upper beam designed for housing the upper pin stop, included in the supplied kit. Class E1, low formaldehyde emission. Template for positioning the pin’s lower striker on the floor.
DIMENSIONS AND PERSONALIZATIONS
Depending on the type of door (Filo 10, Filo 5 or Infinito), the Titano System can be realized in the following dimensions:
- Filo 10 panel version: Width 900 mm to 1200 mm. Height 1900 mm to 3500 mm. Max. 150 kg
- Filo 5 panel version: Width 900 mm to 2000 mm. Height 1900 mm to 3500 mm. Max. 150 kg
- Infinito panel version: Width 900 mm to 1400 mm. Height 1900 mm to 3500 mm. Max. 150 kg
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Concealed rotation pins (System 3) centrally positioned, which allow 360° rotation and leaf locking in 90° steps. The customer must become familiar with the speed and range of the door’s movement for correct and safe use and/or positioning.
- Gaps: Upper 4 mm, lower: 13 mm, between the leaves: 10 mm, compared to the wall: 10 mm.
- Mechanical/electric locks not included.
- The application of handles is not foreseen.
- It is not possible to apply the decentralized pin.

WOOD ESSENCE

LACQUERING
The lacquer is one of the most elegant forms of panel finishes. Precious surfaces, shining in every possible color to give the inhabited a tone of exclusive elegance. Lacquers by Linvisibile refer exclusively to RAL classic K5 sample book. Lacquered colours are compliant to matt/glossy effect requirements: matt lacquered finish: 10 gloss; glossy lacquered finish: “100” gloss.
CERAMIC
It is a product characterized by eclecticism and versatility, with multiple applications in traditional and out-of-the-box architecture, furnishing and design.
Linvisibile has chosen the ceramics of leading companies in the production of ceramic slabs, whose creations can combine large sizes and lightness with great sturdiness. Sophisticated processing technologies guarantee the inalterability of the characteristics and chromatic properties of the slabs, which remain unchanged over time, even if exposed to the elements.
HEAVY COATING
The “Heavy Coatings” system can only be applied to 102 mm thick doors. The system consists of the preparation of panels assembled with an aluminium perimeter profile that acts as a “frame” for the application of coatings with considerable thickness and weight, such as marble, natural stone, granites, mosaic.
LAMINATE
A new generation of smart materials for the typical vertical and horizontal applications found in interior design. The laminates we have chosen for our products have unique features.
Thanks to the innovative processing they undergo, they are moulded with fingerprint-proof surfaces, soft to the touch, matt and extremely resistant, so as to withstand bumps and scratches, as well as any possible damage from solvents and reagents typically used in household cleaning products. For the laminated finish, we relied on the collections by three cutting-edge brands, such as Fenix®, Homapal® and Formica®, which offer maximum quality and a wide range of colours.
METAL
Surface shine, of metal. Amazing finishes that can be applied on all doors, available for the designer to give form to a space that reflects his/her imagination. Metal plates to choose between copper, brass and aluminium, of a variable thickness in function of the required finishing, applied to the facades oh the honeycombe panel by glueing.
MIRROR
Mirrors are obtained from a glass manufacturing process which yields the traditional reflective characteristic. Mirrors are valuable elements that dded to interiors give the optical illusion of larger and more radiant spaces.
MICROCEMENT
The panel with MDF base is prepared in a lowered position to accommodate the application of micro-cements (not supplied) of up to 8/10 mm thick, so as to allow precise shaving bordered by the outer frame.
This makes it possible to compensate for any curving effects due to the dynamics inherent to the material. Two types of micro-cements can be applied: “thick” (with laminate linings of 9 mm) or “thin” (with MDF linings of 2.3 mm). Maximum applicable weight 40 kg.
SPECIAL GLASS
The glass panels take on new features when undergoing satin finishing and chemical etching. The glass is available in a wide range of shades and can be further enhanced with the application of mesh and texture engravings that permit obtaining customized materials and products. A decorative solution that enhances with unique textures, reflections and colours.
FABRIC
An inimitable material that enhances the beauty of the panels, yielding an extraordinary tactile experience. Manufactured with cutting-edge technological processes, the fabric guarantees unique aesthetic, technical and sensorial performances.

LEATHER
Natural product with high durability and precious aesthetic characteristics. A prestigious choice to cover surfaces with original textures that yield tactile sensations, strength and elegance. ANODISATION
The anodized aluminum frame is available in four standard fine-grained brushed colors, with a choice of warm and cool shades. Other coarse brushed or matt polished colors are available upon request. This treatment, by which the metal surface is coated with a protective oxide layer, protects the frame from corrosion, also giving it unique aesthetic properties.
