KEIM Soldalit is applied directly out of the bucket, dries homogeneously, and has excellent coverage capabilities.

KEIM Soldalit is based on the sol-silicate principle created by KEIM. Combining silica sol and potassium silicate gave rise to a binding agent that not only works very effectively on mineral substrates, but also shows excellent adhesion on old dispersion-bound coatings and renders.

KEIM SOLDALIT
Universal, silicate-based facade paint with a sol-silicate binder (combination of silica sol and water glass) for organic, mineral and mixed substrates as well as ETICS. KEIM Soldalit is water-repellent, highly diffusible, lightfast, UV-stable and extremely weather-resistant with minimal soiling tendency. Organic content < 5%. KEIM Soldalit is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.

KEIM SOLDALIT-GROB
Sol-silicate paint with light slurry effect for priming and intermediate coats using the KEIM Soldalit system. For leveling differences in structure or for crack filling of fine hairline cracks during renovation or when applying new coats on load-bearing dispersion- and silicone resin-bonded substrates as well as on mineral substrates. Coarse material is not suitable for finishing coats. KEIM Soldalit-Grob is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.

Highly specialised sol-silicate facade paint with photocatalytic effect for organic, mineral and mixed substrates, as well as ETICS. Photocatalytically active, reduces harmful gases (e.g. NOx, VOCs) and organic pollutants. KEIM SOLDALIT-FIXATIV
Silicate primer and thinner based on sol-silicate (combination of silica sol and water glass). It is used as a primer for highly absorbent substrates or partial surfaces or as a thinner for KEIM Soldalit® and KEIM Soldalit-Grob in the base coat on highly absorbent substrates. KEIM Soldalit-Fixativ is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.

Titanium dioxide-free facade paint on a sol-silicate basis for coatings with special colour depth and brilliance. Without titanium dioxide and tinted only with absolutely lightfast mineral colour pigments, Soldalit-arte particularly emphasises the plastic structure and original character of the substrate.
