Qualirack TG is suitable for use in dry conditions, service class 1, mainly as reinforcing racking board in dry walling, separation walls and wall linings, or as structural floor panel.
Qualirack TG is made from 100% recovered wood: up to 90% post-consumer wood, supplemented by 10% pre-consumer wood from waste flows from the wood industry or thinned wood from sustainable forestry and verge management.
Reinforce dry walls swiftly and safely, with our high-performance reinforcement board. The dense wooden chips in the core create a robust, impact-resistant reinforcement with high screw withdrawal strength.

FINE TOP LAYER
The fine top layer ensures a smooth surface finishing without splinters. The accurately milled profile ensures quick, easy installation and a smooth connection at the seam. Qualirack TG (P4) is suitable for use, in dry environments (service class 1).

Qualirack TG is a structural building board, applicable as reinforcement in partition walls and pre-walls or as structural floorboard. The panel increases the wall stability, load-bearing capacity and acoustic comfort of the walls or can be used as a structural component in floors. Qualirack TG is in chipboard class P4 and is suitable for use in dry conditions, service class 1, where the relative humidity is limited to between 30 and 65%, and in biological risk class 1 in accordance with EN 335-3. 100% RECOVERED WOOD
-Qualirack TG is made from 100% recovered wood. We use more than 90% post-consumer wood for production. This wood has already had a product life, and may have come from the construction and demolition sector, businesses or domestic households. -The other 10% is pre-consumer wood. This is wood and waste wood that has not yet had a product life. It is a by-product of activities such as sustainable forestry and verge maintenance, or from sawmills and the wood processing industry. -In addition, we also operate two energy plants where non-recoverable wood is converted into green heat and electricity, and wood dust that is produced by our production processes is reused as a renewable fuel for the dryers
