The Antisol U profiled glass of appleton "Uniprof™" series has an excellent effect of blocking ultraviolet rays and the ultraviolet transmittance is only 28% which can significantly slow down the fading of indoor textiles and household products and extend the service life.
At the same time, the shielding coefficient of this type channel glass is 0.67, while the shielding coefficient of clear channel glass is 0.82, so it can effectively reduce outdoor glare, avoid binocular discomfort, and enhance comfort.
In addition, AntIsol U channel glass has a certain function of blocking infrared rays.

In fact, through spectrophotometer measurement and calculation, the ultraviolet transmittance of clear U channel glass is 47%, while the ultraviolet transmittance of Antisol U channel glass is only 28%.
