ALUSION STABILIZED ALUMINUM FOAM
ALUSION™ Architectural Stabilized Aluminium Foam is produced by injecting air into molten aluminium, which contains a fine dispersion of ceramic particles.
These particles stabilize the bubbles formed by the air, much like dry cocoa powder stabilizes bubbles when it is added to milk.
- Produced with a continuous casting production method, one sheet at a time
- Standard sheets available in a 1220 MM X 2440 MM size, or up to 3.66 meters in length (custom sizes also available)

ALUSION™ MID CELL - NATURAL
This is the surface which is created naturally in a Mid density, from our continuous panel line production. This version features a shiny, shimmering silver skin with a unique waved pattern on the surface.
ALUSION™ MID CELL – OPEN ONE OR TWO SIDES
These Mid cell panels are created by removing the surface on one side or both sides of the panel, through a special blasting process. The cells below the skin are exposed. This surface consists of a series of mid cell open areas and swirling solid areas, which mingle together to create an appearance described as similar to the surface of the moon or a frozen porous lava flow.
