COLOUR DESIGN WITH ARCHITECTURAL WIRE MESH

Even in its pure, noble stainless steel appearance our HAVER Architectural Mesh is a real eye-catcher. However, we also offer you various options for creating an individual, even an unusual, colour design. Whether a logo or image motif, whether a theatre, department store or a company head office – your building can obtain a unique character using colour design.

With the aid of a variety of processes it is possible to display large coloured areas and colour gradients, as well as complex motifs directly on the wire mesh surface. The result is very impressive: Through the interplay of art and daylight, of transparency, brilliance and colourfulness, you can present your wire mesh facades, ceilings and walls in ever new, stylish facets.

DETAIL

MESH ELEMENTS PAINTED IN COLOUR OVER THEIR WHOLE SURFACE

-Combine the durability of stainless steel wire mesh with the optical diversity of the many colour nuances available: For painting over a whole surface, there are also many metallic effect colour tones available apart from the RAL colour palette. -The painted wire mesh fabric elements are UV-resistant and are suitable for both interior an external applications.

PARTIAL PAINTING OF WIRE MESH ELEMENTS

-Use partial painting to apply patterns, logos or letterings to your wire mesh cladding. Even large graphics can, for example, be displayed on facades. The painted wire mesh is UV-resistant and suitable for both interior an external applications. -Important notice: colour gradients cannot be painted using this process whereas digital printing is suitable for this.

DIGITAL PRINTING

-Do you wish to display complex graphics with fine colour gradients or photographs on architectural wire mesh? Digital printing makes that possible. The important point in this respect is: The visibility of the graphics depends both on the type of mesh used as well as the viewing distance. -The stainless steel wire mesh embellished with digital printing is UV-resistant and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

METALLIC PAINTS

Combine the robust properties of stainless steel with the noble optics of non-ferrous metals. We can offer you a complete range of metallic effect colours such as gold or bronze for painting in metal special colours. All colour coatings are UV-resistant and can be used for both interior an external applications.

WIRE MESH MADE OUT OF NON-FERROUS METALS

You can also obtain wire mesh made out of non-ferrous metals such as copper, tin bronze or brass, other than stainless steel wire mesh , as desired, according to the installation situation and required material properties.

-Attention: The surface of non-ferrous metals oxidises under atmospheric conditions so an homogenous appearance is virtually impossible to achieve. There are also set limits to implementation of these materials due to the strength of the material used, depending on the installation situation
-Our tip: An alternative is use of metallic paints with clear advantages: no tarnishing, no discolouration and no disturbing patina.
