Here at Gustafs we don’t do business as usual. In all our work we seek for brilliance. Working with great architectural minds in projects like Malmö Live and QNCC, we’ve learnt a lot about perfection.
Now we’ve put all this experience into a new series of products – our own acoustic office pods. We guess you could call them truly mobile workspace solutions with fantastic acoustics and beautiful design. But that’s not what we do. We just call them the Gpods.
Whether you’re looking for a private phone booth for your open plan office or a place to seal the deal in your showroom – our Gpods offers it all. Both a room for important thoughts, and for decisive encounters. A space for workplace happiness, or enhanced customer experience.
We know all about the value of a good impression, and our Gpod and Gpod Mini is the result of over hundred years working with Scandinavian wooden design. They’re beautiful to look at, and to experience. Now you can have them in your office.

THE MOBILE MEETING ROOM
Gustafs Gpod is the mobile workspace combining fantastic acoustics and beautiful design. Both a space for undisturbed work, and a meeting room for up to four persons. The world class sound absorption obstructs the sound from the outside, and no one will intercept your conversation from the outside.
Perfect for tasks that requires your concentration or when making important decisions. The timeless Scandinavian design and the Nano perforated wooden claddings makes the Gpod into a conspicuous interior decor designed for eyes and ears. Experience it now – in your office.

The superb sound blocking qualities makes our pod private proof and the super silent high airflow ventilation system completes the total acoustic experience – for many hours of relaxed and joyful working.
FLEXIBLE PLACEMENT
If it isn’t mobile, it’s not a pod. With integral wheels, the Gustafs Gpod is easily moved around with a precise positioning, and you can simply and quickly reposition it anytime you want. The power inlet options are multi-universal and the double doors do not only allow an easy entrance, there is no right or left version of our Gpod. Place it anywhere you want! Of course all lay-outs have height adjustable tables and seating solutions, in case you appreciate to vary your working position, sitting or standing. We know the value of good ergonomics and active working!
FLEXIBLE LAYOUTS
The Gpod is available with many configurations and the good thing is that you can change it any time, in case your needs change over time. Our pod is quickly transformed from conference room, to meeting room, to coffee room or a working room for up to four people.
LINEAR OR NANO DESIGN
Gustafs Gpod can be produced in two different designs – Gustafs Gpod Linear or Gustafs Gpod Nano. Gustafs Gpod Linear are produced with our truly popular Gustafs Linear Ribs on the side walls, creating a beautiful piece of art placed in your office or in public spaces. Our Gustafs Gpod Nano brings out the best of our architectural wooden panels with its vibrant textures and colours.
A UNIQUE POD DESIGN
Our Gpod is the result of more than 100 years experience of Scandinavian wood design. The design is simple and timeless, but the robust timber frame design gives it a unique and exclusive appearance and the transition from the wooden frame to the glass is completely seamless. The design is underlined by only using the best natural materials and we craft them with care, for an outstanding quality and finish.
THE INTELLIGENT WORKSPACE
Our Gpod is equipped with Ochno Technology System, an intelligent system that measures presence, air quality and temperature. Lights and fans are automatically controlled by a sensor that adapts to how the pods are used.
These parameters can also be set themselves and adjusted for when no one is in the pod, when people are inside or with delays after usage. Automatic control is easily overridden through the associated mobile app, or with the elegant dimmers on the pod’s inner walls.
The system also provides Gpod with electrical outlets in the form of modern USB-C connectors, and since the entire system is connected, current status and statistics are given on how much and in what way the pod is used. All this makes Gpod the first intelligent pod in the world. A modern pod, for a modern workplace
A SUSTAINABLE POD
When we design our products, we always find our inspiration in the forests surrounding us here in Sweden. That’s why it was obvious that we would only use nature-based materials when developing our Gpod. No plastic, but instead wood from naturally sustainable sources.
Our panels contains 94% recycled materials, with 17% coming from post consumer goods. 100% of the electricity in production comes from renewable sources. The classic design makes it a timeless piece of furniture, both for today and tomorrow.
With true mobility and a flexible interior, our Gpods can be adapted to changing needs. Wood makes people happy, and together with world-class acoustics and sound-proof abilities – our pods will help increase both productivity and workplace happiness. The solid construction and natural fire safety makes them sustainable also in the literal sense of the word. Time goes by, but the Gpod lasts.
