X-LAM ESSEPI PANEL
The Essepi XXL is a wood-based structural panel obtained from thin layers that are crisscrossed and glued (X-Lam), starting from EN 14081 tables classified according to mechanical resistances.
Essepi XXL uses exclusively wood that originates from forests provided with a certification of sustainable management (PEFC, FSC) with a preference for local sources of supply, that is, from the forests of Trentino-Alto Adige.
All of the processing steps, from the raw boards to the finished panel and to integrated systems, are aimed at the highest level of quality by means of of technological solutions that are implemented ad hoc.
In particular, with the raw materials and the production processes being equal, the planing and grading systems – obtained by mechanical equipment that has been designed and developed by the Essepi team – and the special gluing procedure bring about a net improvement in the performance of the final product with respect to the normal X-Lam panels.

furthermore ensures the greatest execution speed and a constant monitoring of the process and the quality at every phase.
