MISTRAL
MISTRAL
Insulating System
Mistral is the insulating system for the construction of ventilated roofs consisting of:
Closed-cell rigid polyurethane foam panels (polyiso foam - PIR - expanded without the use of CFC or HCFC), with gas-impermeable multilayer coatings, equipped with one-way ventilation with support in polyurethane and coupled with OSB3 wooden sheets for structural use in humid environments.
INFORMATION
DIMENSIONS
Planar 1200 x 1200 mm
THICKNESS
From 40 to 120 mm
VENTILATION CHAMBER
40 mm
HIGH PRESSURE
MISTRAL is available coupled with wooden sheets in phenolic multilayer of dried, oriented and high pressure pressed (OSB3) flakes, with a thickness of 12 mm.
DETAIL
- The upper phenolic wooden sheet is suitable for receiving any type of waterproofing and subsequent roof covering.
- On request and for quantities to be defined, MISTRAL can be made with a 50 or 60 mm ventilation chamber.
- Upon request, couplings can be made with plywood of different types of wood with varying degrees of finish and thickness.
SPECIFICATION
The insulating layer is created by laying the ISOLPARMA MISTRAL system, pre-assembled for ventilated roofs, consisting of:
- Polyiso foam panels - PIR - L-shaped panels on 2 sides with gas-impermeable multilayer coatings on both sides
- ( λ D = 0.022 W / mK ) of thickness ... mm,
- Linear support elements in polyurethane for the formation of a one-way ventilation chamber 40 mm thick,
- 12 mm thick sheet in phenolic multilayer of dried, oriented and high pressure pressed flakes (OSB3), suitable for use in humid environments.
