SELF-LEVELING FLOOR IN EPOXY RESIN
The Himfloor SL 2000/3000/4000 self-leveling epoxy resin floor is a coating based on monochrome epoxy resin, with a thickness ranging from 2 to 6 mm. This coating with good wear resistance, smooth, waterproof, easy to maintain, resists many chemicals . It holds an IPRU Performance Classification and is perfectly suited to industrial soil (see standard CSTB 3562 for the SL 3000 ). Used in the pharmaceutical , hospital , electronic and perfectly adapted to the sterile environment, this coating benefits from an excellent chemical resistance and can also offer antistatic properties (see SL Antistatic Conductor ). POLYURETHANE RESIN FLOOR
- Self-leveling polyurethane resin floor - SL PU - self-leveling coating based on two-component polyurethane resin without solvent. The SL PU provides a seamless surface, 2 mm thick, waterproof, resistant to many chemicals, with good resistance to pedestrian traffic and light machinery.
- Self-leveling floor covering - SL PU Flex - variant of floor covering based on flexible polyurethane resin.
- High performance self-leveling industrial floor - SL PUCem - self-leveling coating based on polyurethane cement resin. Recommended for floors that have to undergo high chemical and thermal stresses.
SELF-LEVELING TINTED CEMENT FLOOR-SELF-LEVELING COATINGS BASED ON TINTED CEMENT (HIGH ALUMINA CONTENT)
- CEMTOP 340 tinted wear layer - self-leveling cement-based floor covering, applicable to the pump. Can be used as a final coating on a concrete substrate, in commercial or industrial buildings. Thickness from 6 to 10 mm, but can also be poured up to 30 mm in one treatment.
- Decorative poured floor with "waxed concrete" effect CEMSTYLE 450 - self-leveling floor covering for commercial and industrial buildings. Cemstyle is a self-leveling fast-setting decorative flooring. Formula based on high quality aluminous cement, it resembles "waxed concrete". It can be applied using an automatic mixer pump as a decorative finishing compound.
- CEMTOP 360 wear layer - self-leveling coating composed of extra-hard aggregates intended for highly stressed industrial floors and for buildings for agricultural use. This coating is more resistant to salts and chemicals than ordinary concrete. In addition, it is used in floor renovations and can be treated with an industrial floor paint immediately after hardening. Applicable using a mixing pump to a thickness ranging from 8 to 15 mm and up to 25 mm in a single operation.
