Using our unique cold roll forming expertise, UltraFENCE is the first complete, fully engineered, cold rolled palisade fencing system where every component has been specifically designed to optimise strength to weight ratio.
This means it is lighter and stronger than conventional palisade fencing systems. This weight advantage means easy handling for trouble-free installation, while the overall system delivers an attractive, robust perimeter fencing solution. UltraFENCE is made up of three individual components. These parts are UltraPALE™, UltraRAIL and UltraPOST™.
COMPONENTS
ULTRAPOST™
- UltraPOST™ is a technological breakthrough in post design which has again resulted in a unique lightweight product that has comparable performance characteristics to the 102x44 and 100x50 hot rolled products used in traditional palisade systems. - Fencing is supplied in a standard range of 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.1m, 2.4m and 3.0m heights. In addition non standard fence configurations can be manufactured for specific requirements. UltraPOST™’s aesthetic design maintains the appearance of traditional RSJ posts but offers many advantages
ULTRAPALE™
Designed with the optimum efficiency of material in mind, UltraPALE™ incorporates our unique patented bolt head protection which eliminates the opportunity to breach the fence by removing the heads of the fixing bolts with a chisel. The edges of the profile are finished with a neat return edge that provides further strength and safety along the edges of the pale making it ideal for use around schools. ULTRARAIL
UltraRAIL is a unique lightweight palisade rail that is both stronger and lighter than 90 degree hot rolled angles used in traditional palisade systems. The aesthetic design and strength of UltraRAIL offers many advantages:
- Anti-grab security tags to top rail to discourage intruders from utilising the top rail to assist climbing*
- Sloping top to deter intruders from gaining a foothold to assist climbing
- Lightweight construction for ease of handling without loss of strength
- Standard fish plate connections
- Where round and notched top pales are specified, top rails will be supplied without anti-grab tags.

Warefence has chosen to again make use of the well proven and high performance UltraFENCE™ security solution in its contract at the Marshall Jaguar Land Rover dealership on the Greenham Business Park in Newbury; having used it very successfully on other similar projects in the past.

“These have included several recently for top marques like Jaguar Land Rover dealerships, at Milton Park Abingdon, and the new Jaguar Land Rover showroom on the Greenham Business Park in Newbury. The latter includes a fence securing the vehicle compound at the rear, with another stretch at the front. We have used the Hadley palisade fencing there and on numerous other contracts over recent years, not only because it is high quality and very reliable, but because we get good service also – direct to site.”
Hadley Group’s UltraFENCE™ exceeds the requirements of BS1722 Pt 12: 2006 while aiding the construction of boundaries which are both attractive and fully functional as an effective deterrent to unauthorised entry. In this instance some 50 metres of the 2.4 metre high Ultra 200 option was employed to secure the rear access to the vehicle yard, with another short stretch being erected at the front.
Lighter, stronger and more economical than industry alternatives, UltraFENCE™ is also generally quicker to install. The UltraFENCE™ system makes use of well-engineered and highly durable components including UltraRail™, UltraPOST™ and UltraPALE™. It also features the use of a fish plate on the post to which top and bottom rails are secured using anti-vandal fixings.
