Stainless steel reinforcement solutions have been designed for use in reinforced concrete construction applications in which the reinforcement is subject to very strict requirements in terms of resistance and durability.
It is used in buildings and structures that require either increased protection against external influences or complex component geometry, e.g. in corrosive environments or where there is only thin concrete coverage. H-BAU Technik also offers special shapes and structural components for the renovation and reinforcement of masonry.

SMOOTH CONCRETE STEEL NO. 1.4462
High-strength, corrosion-resistant smooth steel for anchoring and connection reinforcement.
STAINLESS STEEL REINFORCEMENT NO 1.4571
Rust-proof, ribbed, concrete reinforcement e.g. for all kinds of anchoring and connecting, and for any kind of connection reinforcement that runs through insulation.
SPECIAL FORMS AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

TECHNICAL DETAILS
- Stainless steel rebar, material no. 1.4571, approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Civil Engineering)
- Stainless steel, material no. 1.4429, available in smooth and deformed versions
- Other materials, e.g. material no. 1.4362 or 1.4462, available on request
FEATURES
- Suitable for critical applications in reinforced concrete constructions, e.g. for use in bridge building, concrete facing tiles, retaining walls or swimming pools
- Straight or bent reinforcement rod available
- No risk of rusting if there are ruptures in the concrete
