The vulcanized, prefabricated structure of Sportflex Super X 720 K39 ensures uniform dynamic response across the entire track, providing optimal control over stride length.
It’s the perfect solution for areas of facilities dedicated to conventional training and competition because it guarantees a shock absorption coefficient of 39% and meets IAAF performance criteria.
Sportflex Super X 720 K39 has a uniform thickness of 13.5 mm and is compatible with shoes with spikes up to 12 mm (6 mm and 9 mm compression spikes recommended).

The Super X 720’s backing features the same geometrical elongated honeycomb construction as Mondotrack WS.
The hexagonal air cells deform in three dimensions and guarantee the ideal combination of shock absorption and energy storage and return, enhancing the surface’s reaction times and reducing athletes’ fatigue and risk injury.

PREFABRICATED ATLETICS TRACKS
MONDO athletics tracks are prefabricated, made with vulcanized rubber under controlled factory conditions.
MONDO prefabricated vulcanized rubber tracks offer all athletes — from amateur to professional — a uniform dynamic response and complete control over stride, rhythm and balance, which reduces energy expenditure during athletic activities.
In addition to improving athletes’ performance, the tracks’ uniformity contributes to reducing the risk of injuries; in fact, the more irregular the surface, the greater the stiffness of the athlete’s leg and the greater the risk of injuries related to the leg stiffness.
MONDO produces its tracks on its premises in controlled conditions, selecting the finest raw materials and continuously testing the surfaces throughout the entire production process to evaluate their technical characteristics and elastic response.
Venues with MONDO prefabricated tracks ensure athletes have a uniform biomechanical response over the entire surface, regardless of the climate or environmental conditions during installation.
EMBOSSED SOLID-RUBBER TOP LAYER
Vulcanized rubber surface layer with raised embossing for optimal elasticity and grip, and efficient drainage.
The top layer is made of solid vulcanized rubber with an embossed pattern of alternating elevations and depressions. This pattern ensures good traction with optimal elasticity and grip, and efficient water drainage.
CO-VULCANIZED MULTI-LAYER DUAL DUROMETER
Our sport surfaces are made from two layers of solid rubber vulcanized together to form a continuous, seamless surface.
The sport surface is composed of two different layers of solid rubber—each with its own formulation—that are vulcanized together. The vulcanization process guarantees a molecular bond between the two layers, resulting in a continuous, seamless piece of material.
ELONGATED HONEYCOMB BACKING
Hexagonal air-filled chambers surrounded by ribs that deform in three dimensions on the track underlayment minimize the time the athlete is in contact with the flooring, maximize energy return, and optimize the floor’s reaction time.
The supporting layers of our track have a pattern of elongated hexagon-shaped cavities that minimize the time the athlete's foot makes contact with the surface, enhancing foot stability and maximizing the energy return.
AIR-CELL TECHNOLOGY
Air-filled chambers on the bottom layer compress, then expand, acting like bowstrings and projecting athletes up and forward.
The track’s bottom layer incorporates an array of air-filled cavities that compress as the athlete’s foot impacts the surface, absorbing impact force and vibrations, and converting the maximum amount of kinetic energy into stored energy. As the athlete’s foot leaves the surface, the compressed air causes the cells to spring back to their original shape, acting like bowstrings and projecting the athlete up and forward.
